Vivid Variegated Croton metal print by Penny Lisowski. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

This croton, codiaeum variegatum, is as beautiful as any flower I've seen. It contains multiple varieties and this is just one of them. The beautiful colors of red, blue, yellow and green definitely attract attention .It is a rainbow of colors. The rose colored red is what caught my eye. As a true tropical shrub, the croton can only tolerate mild winters with no freezes when planted outside and is thus confined to the Southern half of the Florida peninsula. Crotons can be planted further North where freezes occur, but care and protection must be offered when freezing weather is expected.

Award winning photographer, Penny Lisowski, started using a Nikon 35mm camera in1979. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and now lives with her childhood sweetheart, Chuck in Winder, Ga. to be near their family,including grandsons Ryan and Greg. In 1992 her husband, Chuck, encouraged her to enter her first exhibition at Photo 92. That first ribbon was just the beginning and since then Penny has won awards at many art shows and exhibitions. In addition to the awards her work is displayed in businesses and homes throughout the country. In her quest to learn more she graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, home study course.
