Visited these Silver Run Falls on our way to Whitewater Falls. The falls are located off NC 107, 4.1 miles south of Cashiers. A short walk on an unmarked trail leads you to the falls. Silver Run Falls spills 30 feet into a pool of water.
About Penny Lisowski
Award winning photographer, Penny Lisowski, started using a Nikon 35mm camera in1979. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and now lives with her childhood sweetheart, Chuck in Winder, Ga. to be near their family,including grandsons Ryan and Greg. In 1992 her husband, Chuck, encouraged her to enter her first exhibition at Photo 92. That first ribbon was just the beginning and since then Penny has won awards at many art shows and exhibitions. In addition to the awards her work is displayed in businesses and homes throughout the country. In her quest to learn more she graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, home study course.
