Artist's Description
The background in this photo is our out of focus waterfall. It helps tell the story without detracting from the beautiful pink flowers. This Cana Longwood is an eye catching water garden plant from quite a distance. It thrives in our pond and has already multiplied and survived our Georgia winter. Great for use as a background plant where taller growth is necessary. Pink flowers can be seen all summer long.
About Penny Lisowski
Award winning photographer, Penny Lisowski, started using a Nikon 35mm camera in1979. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and now lives with her childhood sweetheart, Chuck in Winder, Ga. to be near their family,including grandsons Ryan and Greg. In 1992 her husband, Chuck, encouraged her to enter her first exhibition at Photo 92. That first ribbon was just the beginning and since then Penny has won awards at many art shows and exhibitions. In addition to the awards her work is displayed in businesses and homes throughout the country. In her quest to learn more she graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, home study course.
