Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Found these beautiful Lupines along the trail to the campground. Catching them still in between breezes was a challenge. The light was perfect. It was late n the day but with almost 24 hours of day it never really got dark. Arctic Lupine is one of Alaskas most beautiful plants. The plant is hairy looking and if you look closely you can see a spider. The Lupine is also one of Alaskas poisonous plants if eaten. Lupines have a number of large, stout, flower stalks, that look hairy in bud. The flowers are typically blue, but can be sometimes shadowed with pink or white. They bloom in June to late July and can grow to about 16 inches tall. Lupines are pollinated by bees, which are attracted to the lovely colorful flowers. The basal leaves have long stems and 5 to 10 pointy, oval, leaflets that make them look like tiny palm trees.

Award winning photographer, Penny Lisowski, started using a Nikon 35mm camera in1979. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and now lives with her childhood sweetheart, Chuck in Winder, Ga. to be near their family,including grandsons Ryan and Greg. In 1992 her husband, Chuck, encouraged her to enter her first exhibition at Photo 92. That first ribbon was just the beginning and since then Penny has won awards at many art shows and exhibitions. In addition to the awards her work is displayed in businesses and homes throughout the country. In her quest to learn more she graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, home study course.
