The interesting look of this Guira Cuckoo makes him almost beautiful as he sits on his perch so confident. He is usually found in South America. His head feathers remind me of some hairdos I have seen. Maybe that's where the girls,boys,men and women got the idea. He also gives off a strong pungent odor. It gives a new meaning to being called cuckoo.
